Stille (Silence) – the title of the exhibition – has been chosen consciously. As a reminiscence to the creative period in the studio, to the artworks that were originated in the last few months and to the place itself, a place of silence and of concentration, where Uwe Kowski finds solitude, which brings him to the creation of this new canvas works in vibrant colours.
A picture triggers always different things in the viewer, everyone sees the same, but everyone sees it different. "I am interested in the seeing, that's the most important and the most original part, it's an experience."
